@PuppyExpress Caucasian.
There are no Japanese linguists in the air force…at least not formally. Although there is a Japanese language class at DLI, it is for advanced studies and not basic Japanese. Therefore, if you are planning on being a Japanese linguist, forget it. The language you get is based on two factors:
1.) If you are already fluent in a language based on your score on the DLPT and the air force needs it.
2.) Based on your DLAB score and what you qualify to learn. Then again, the needs of the air force.
Most Category 4 languages are at least a year at DLI in Monterey, CA or DLI East in Washington DC.
Hi!, Not to be rude or anything, What race are you and your tips are really helping me!Please Make more Episodes please?
Hi! Thanks for inquiring about this video. The black and white puppy that you see in the video is an Old English Shepdog puppy.
I would be extremely worried if my 2 year old strangled a dog or cat. You can explain that gives them an owee and that is not nice. But if the behavior continues I think we are heading to the developmental pschologist to see what can be done about the situation and if there is a concern.
I would also keep the child away from any pets or animals until I was sure he/she would not hurt an animal. Teaching a child to be nice to pets is easy and can be done early. Pet the doggy softly and that sort of thing, but severe behavior like your describing would really worry me.
Toddlers should never be left alone with pets anyway.
What breed is that dog????
That’s a funny dog.
video quality isnt so good = I
omg so does mine, I always have to tie my hair up when i want to carry her for awhile…
I would take care of the dog biting and eating everything ASAP. Like what was said when that dog gets bigger it’ll be a pain in the butt to correct.
Treat training might work for some I’m just saying that I have never used it at my kennel or with any of my personal dogs. If that’s how you want to train your dog then so be it. But, to me treat training puts the dog on the same level as you and ALL dogs are pack animals, so they need a alpha dog.
1:30 is sooo funny! =D
You really should correct that. I know it sounds harsh, but if you don’t correct it early on, they will do it when they are full grown and that’s NOT so cute.
my labrador puppy is insane she loves to bite shoes, clothes, including my hair
not all dogs respond the same way
sometimes you could ask it to do something and it would just turn around and leave
labs. tend to be easier to train with positive reinforcement but as i said before not all dogs are the same
grapes can be toxic to dogs
I’m a professional retriever trainer and have never used treats. People should use positive reinforcement for training instead of treats.
Well, as long as my vet doesn’t have a problem with what I am doing, I am fine. I think I’ll follow his lead, sorry.
Of course they will tell us to use treats, they are trying to advertise their products!
good point!. And if You are going to use treats then try to make them healthy like carrots or grapes. My dogs get 1 greenie treat a day to keep their teeth healthy. praise has been the best training reward I have ever used.
i agree. praise and authority are definitetly the key to training and NO has always worked well for me and my dogs. don’t agree with this treating every time they get something right. treats should be treats not bribes for good baheviour.
i agree. i mean it works for some people, but i think dogs really value your praise and acceptance. however, we had a pup once who just didn’t give a crap about what we said. he thought we were neat but he was independent and didn’t respond well to praise. we were missing critical training time so we used a combination of praise and treats until he learned to really love us and respect us and want our praise.
You need to make sure that you have a firewire port on your computer. Then you need a firewire cable. These are available at Best Buy and other electronic stores. Price ranges from the 20$-30's. Then when you get it, you need to plug it in to your PC. A window should pop up asking if you want to import video from the camera. They will ask you if you want to import the whole tape or just parts of it. Then your video will play on a screen that says "start importing." Then when you want to stop importing your video, it will be saved to a folder and ready to edit. Hope this helps and good luck!
If you constantly reward a dog (or puppy) with treats, they will expect them and wil only perform a comand for a treat. You should start by teaching your dog its name, and then follow it by a comand. Reward your dog with praise, especially for good behavior. They shouldn’t expect to be given extra food for behaving nicely
that doesnt always god video
what kind of crule person would lock a poor little puppy in a cage whilst you go eat dinner, poor thing…
RT Bnn belde net watch out ik ben binnekort weer te zien op tv < dus volgende video ben je erbij?
Plyometric training is hard…!
The episode is called Charmed Again. It's the season opener after Pru dies.
A 2/12 year old does not necessarily understand the concept of how hard or rough they are with an animal. If they are too rough, the animal needs to be separated from the child. Start out with a stuffed animal and pet it gently and let the child model what you are doing. Talk to the child about how nice they are petting the stuffed toy. If they start to hurt the toy, cry like a child and explain that it hurts the dog/cat when they do this. When they begin to understand this concept, introduce the real animal for short periods of time to the child while supervised. Never leave a small child alone with an animal. An animal that is normally gentle will still bite if they feel threatened. It is up to the adult in this situation to keep everyone safe. Do not assume the child gets it, empathy is learned between 3-4.
Hope this helps!
Codex reminds me of Sara Tancredi from prison break.
